The scrubbers do not differ only in size but in their different design and ergonomics.

The smaller scrubber has softer, shorter bristles dedicated to facial care. The protruding handle, on the other hand, allows you to grasp it comfortably and move it with your hand while washing your face. In addition to a dedicated hanging cut-out, the scrubber has a suction cup on the handle, which can come in handy temporarily when you run out of space to put it down or hang it up.

The larger scrubber is designed for body care. It has a different handle, which works better for body wash and feels more solid in the hand, reducing the risk of slipping. The extended bristles, on the other hand, mean that the scrubber lathers easily and holds foam for longer.

If, despite following the instructions, your scrubbers are still not generating a lot of lather it means that the gel is to blame. Some gels naturally foam extraordinarily little, and our scrubbers unfortunately will not change this. 

Try pouring a little water on the bristles and rubbing with your fingers, which may help generate more lather, or add a little more gel. 

Avoid a direct jet of water as this will rinse the gel out. 

Otherwise, we recommend using a gel that lathers well.

Please note that due to their non-porous structure and lack of absorbency, our brushes will not lather as well as regular sponges. However, they are a much more hygienic alternative.

If you are having trouble holding the scrubber in your hand then we recommend trying to insert your middle finger into the triangular cut-out, which should help you grip it more securely.

It all depends on how often the scrubbers are used, but as a standard, they last about a year.

Our scrubbers are antibacterial, but we still recommend cleaning them from time to time, as over time dirt, hair and dried soap can build up on the scrubbers and will not come off completely under a jet of water.

For regular cleaning, we recommend using washing-up liquid and a brush to thoroughly clean the bristles and the back of the brushes.

To thoroughly clean the scrubbers of dried soap, we recommend boiling them in water for about 2-3 minutes.
